Information about all 1 Giant Mind™ users and visitors
In general, our site and app automatically gathers certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to 1GiantMind.com and the number of app downloads. We only use such data in the aggregate.
This aggregate data helps us determine how much our customers use parts of the site and apps, so we can improve our site and apps to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as possible. We will need certain information ? such as name and email address in order to provide that service or content to you. We may also use that information to let you know of additional products and services about which you might be interested. You can choose not to receive such information if you don't want to by letting us know on the registration screen when you sign up for the product or service. We also may use cookie technology in order to improve your experience, including to remember your preferences or customized settings when you use 1GiantMind.com, and its related services, and to authenticate your access to your personal information.
Research and evaluation
1 Giant Mind™ is committed to ensuring that 1 Giant Mind™ meets the needs of the users. From time to time, we may undertake some research and evaluation activities with registered users to gain feedback and to better understand their needs.
The process will consist of asking users to complete short surveys whilst visiting the 1 Giant Mind™ website and/or smartphone App, and all information collected will be maintained in accordance with relevant Australian research standards and 1 Giant Mind™ Privacy Policy.
Registered users may opt not to participate, or withdraw from participating in these activities at any time. This will not affect their relationship with 1 Giant Mind™ or their use and access to 1 Giant Mind™ and other 1 Giant Mind™ programs.
The findings from these research and evaluation activities may be presented in reports, conference papers or published in journals or media releases, however users names will not be disclosed.
If 1 Giant Mind™ seeks registered users to assist in media releases or conference presentations, additional consent will be gained from users.

We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to 1GiantMind.com or usage of the 1 Giant Mind™ smart phone app or information that you may give us via the 1 Giant Mind™ app, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside companies. 1GiantMind.com may share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or in special cases such as a physical threat to you or others. And, as we mention above, we may share with our partners aggregated statistical "ratings" information about the use of 1GiantMind.com and any 1 Giant Mind™ services.
